Our Work

We build intelligent avatar products end to end.

Most teams can show you a demo. We take products from an idea to a platform that holds up in a regulated market — creative direction, marketing, and software engineering under one roof.

Intelligent avatars are our specialty. They're rarely the whole job.

Why a face

What changes when the interface is a person.

An avatar is not decoration. Put a face on a system and the measurable things move — what gets resolved, how fast, how long people stay engaged, how far they trust it, and how much load comes off the humans behind it.

How we work

One team, one line of accountability.

Avatars are the specialty, not the scope

Product definition, brand and creative, go-to-market, full-stack engineering, and compliance guidance from a single team. No stitching together an agency, a dev shop, and a compliance consultant.

We build for scrutiny

Health records, biometric data streams, and systems that touch people’s money. We design the restraints — approval gates, human escalation, disclosure — before the capability, because this work has to survive procurement and audit.

Photoreal to fantastical

Aver and Kat are built to pass as human. Cleo and Dash are unapologetically not. Both run on the same system, which means the brief sets the ceiling rather than the technology. Our avatars are only limited by your imagination.

Built to be believed

Realism is the easy part to demo and the hard part to sustain. What holds up in a real conversation is timing that doesn't break the spell, a voice carrying intent rather than just words, and memory that persists between sessions — so the second conversation starts where the first one ended.

We work directly with principals

Founders and executive stakeholders betting their company on the product. Short decision lines, high standards, no layers in between.

AverCare

Client project

A personalised health and longevity platform

The brief

Give every user an intelligent health companion that interprets their biomarkers and symptoms the way a clinician would — not the way a generic wellness app does. Shift healthcare from reactive and fragmented toward proactive and continuous.

The founder had taken the idea to other technology partners first. None of them could build it.

What made it hard

Healthcare and AI is one of the most constrained environments you can build in. The product had to interpret medical data credibly without overstepping into diagnosis, ingest continuous data from wearables that all speak different formats, and satisfy compliance review before a single user touched it.

What we built

  • Aver, a conversational avatar that learns a user's baseline over time and explains what their health markers actually mean for them.
  • A retrieval system ingesting thousands of medical documents, so answers are grounded in clinical literature rather than generated from a general model.
  • Live integrations across multiple wearable and native biometric devices, normalised into a single health picture.
  • Human-in-the-loop escalation, routing to medical professionals rather than replacing them.

Compliance built in, not bolted on

We designed and implemented the control environment for SOC 2 and built HIPAA safeguards into the architecture from the first sprint — not retrofitted once the product worked. We then guided the platform through readiness and into audit.

AverCare’s promise to its users: “AI-powered health coaching, connected wearables, and a global network of world-class physicians in your pocket.”

“The Avatars Global team are true professionals. They have brought my vision to life where other tech agencies were unable to do so.”

FitFur

Client project

An AI-powered pet health and training companion

The brief

Unify a fragmented market — tracking, training, tele-vet, commerce, community — into one connected system for pet health. An avatar-led app that turns a continuous stream of pet data into something an owner can actually understand and act on.

What made it hard

Pet health has no equivalent of the clinical baselines that exist for humans. Raw biometrics off a wearable are meaningless to an owner without a model that can say whether this is normal for this animal. We had to define the product and the data science at the same time, then make the output simple enough for a non-expert to act on.

What we built

  • A device integration layer ingesting activity, heart rate, sleep, and location from wearable hardware in real time, normalised into one record per animal.
  • A longevity scoring engine that analyses an individual pet's biometrics and turns continuous data into a signal an owner can understand.
  • Avatar-led interpretation, behavioural training support, and wellness guidance in plain conversational language.
  • Interactive pet personas, Cleo and Dash, giving younger users a character to talk to inside the same system.
  • An architecture built to extend toward vets, insurers, and additional wearable devices.

The avatars are voiced and animated to hold a real exchange, not walk a scripted menu.

Cleo & Dash

Alongside the veterinary avatars, we built interactive pet personas — characters children can talk to directly. The same conversational system that explains biometrics to an adult owner carries a playful register for a child, on the same platform.

Mayson

Our own build

A purpose-built financial AI

Why we built it

Client work proves we can deliver against someone else's brief. Mayson is what we build when the brief is ours: no compromises, no committee, our own standard as the only constraint.

What it is

A purpose-built financial intelligence rather than a general assistant pointed at markets — research, live market data, news, and portfolio tools in one conversational interface.

Guardrails first

Building a conversational system that touches someone's money means the restraints matter more than the capability. We designed ours in from the start:

  • Paper trading mode, so a user can run the entire system without a cent at risk.
  • No autonomous execution. Trades run on the user's own criteria, and the user approves every one before it fires.
  • Standing disclosure that Mayson is a research tool which can be wrong, and that anything it surfaces should be independently verified.
  • Third-party news labelled as third-party — aggregated, attributed, and explicitly not endorsed.

Meet Mayson

She researches an asset and explains it before anything is bought, then handles the mechanics of the order — with the user still approving it.

Mayson — Smart Money Moves

Next step

Every one of these started with a conversation.

Aver. Kat. Cleo. Dash. Mayson. None of them existed until someone described what they wanted and we worked out how to build it. Tell us the avatar you can picture but can’t build — and if it needs a whole product around it, that’s the same team.
